Questions from parents

Good to know

Who is it for?
Children aged 4 to 11, whatever their ability. Every session is scaled to their age, so younger and older kids train together safely.
My child isn’t sporty. Is that OK?
Absolutely. The classes are about having fun, trying new things and building confidence, not about being the fastest or strongest.
What should they wear and bring?
Comfortable clothes they can train in and a water bottle.
Do parents stay during the class?
Yes, you’re welcome to stay and watch, and most parents do.
Is it safe for young children to lift weights?
Yes. The programme is led by our two CrossFit Kids–qualified coaches. Children learn movements with light kit, and everything is scaled to their age and coached closely.
